current mood: good
current song: Clark Gable - The Postal Service
Braden won a t-shirt at the Home Run Derby for MidNight Madness. He was very happy about it though. He ended up hitting five runs, because Coach Thomas insisted the fifth one didn't count because it hit the fence before it went over, therefor he could only get a t-shirt, not a hat. Braden stood there and argued with Coach Thomas for ten minutes before giving up, lol. It was hilarious, because everyone knows that Coach Thomas isn't really all there and the fact that Braden was arguing with him over something so ridiculous just made it funnier.
The two of us went to Lafayette today and walked around Acadiana Mall. Yup. And I had brought my CDs and put on The Postal Service to listen to in his car and now Braden has that CD, importing the CD to iTunes because now he likes them. lol. But anyway. I dragged him into Bath and Body so I could buy a replacement bottle of lotion(Moonlight Path. :) ) and I ended up buying a really fun smelling lip gloss there because I'm obsessed with lip gloss and can't go a day without lip gloss on my lips(they dry up easily, and lip gloss is more fun than lip balm). But Braden decided it was only fair to drag me along with him through Abercrombie and all of their stores because he needed a pair of jeans(?). We ended up in that store for a good long while because he couldn't find jeans that fit and he could afford at that time. Ugh. It was like shopping for clothes with my sister. She can never find the right size at the right price and it takes forever for her to find something different. And it was the same way with Braden.
lol, that sounds funny now that I look back at that.
Anyway. I saw that he posted another entry on another friends community earlier today and thought that the responses were hilarious. Go see for yourself, lol!
Somehow, I get the feeling that he's enjoying these friends communities. Not like I blame him. I find them fun too, but... I dunno. I guess it's easier for him. He's a guy and there's not many of them that post on those communities, so it's easier for him to find interesting people.
I love the song Clark Gable by The Postal Service. Thank God I have it on iTunes to listen to, lol, because I don't have my CD right now...
